These Terms of Use apply exclusively to integrations of the Easy System with third-party platforms, including Google Calendar, Google Meet, and Zoom.
The integrations provided by the Easy System allow the creation, management, and synchronization of meetings, events, and video conferences directly through the platform.
By connecting your Google or Zoom account to the Easy System, the user authorizes the platform to access the resources necessary for:
• creating events;
• updating events;
• generating online meetings;
• synchronizing information related to classes and schedules.
The Easy System exclusively uses the resources necessary for the operation of the contracted integrations, and does not improperly access personal data or private content unrelated to the system's functionalities.
The user is responsible for:
• Maintaining their credentials secure;
• Using the integrations legitimately;
• Ensuring they have authorization to connect the accounts used.
Integrations depend on the availability and operation of APIs and services provided by third parties, including Google and Zoom.
The Easy System is not responsible for unavailability, limitations, or changes made by such providers.
The user may disconnect or revoke integrations at any time through the Easy System or directly in the account settings of the connected service.
These Terms may be changed periodically for technical, operational, or legal adjustments.
