This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to integrations of the Easy System with third-party services, including Google Calendar, Google Meet, and Zoom, used for creating and managing classes, meetings, and events within the platform.
The integrations provided by the Easy System have the sole purpose of allowing:
• creation of online meetings;
• creation and management of calendar events;
• automatic generation of video conferencing links;
• basic synchronization necessary for the functioning of classes and scheduling.
During the use of the integrations, the Easy System may access:
• email address of the connected account;
• basic information of the authorized account profile;
• OAuth authentication tokens;
• Information necessary for creating and updating events in Google Calendar;
• Google Meet and Zoom meeting links.
The Easy System does not access personal content unrelated to the platform's functionalities.
The information obtained through integrations is used exclusively to:
• Authenticate the connection with third-party services;
• Create and update events;
• Generate online meetings;
• Maintain the operation of the contracted functionalities.
No information is sold, shared, or used for advertising purposes.
Authentication tokens and other technical information are stored in a secure environment, with restricted access and use limited to the functionalities authorized by the user.
The Easy System does not share data obtained through integrations with third parties, except when necessary for the execution of functionalities requested by the user or when legally required.
The user may revoke Easy System access to integrations at any time through the security settings of their Google or Zoom account.
The permissions requested by the Easy System are limited to the functionalities necessary for the creation and management of online events and meetings.
This Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in integrations or legal requirements.
